Tuition Due Dates
1. Base Rate – Payment-in-full is due August 1, 2025.
2. 2-Payment Plan – Half the total tuition due August 1, 2025; balance due by January 1, 2026.
3. 4-Payment Plan – Four equal payments due July 1, October 1, January 1, & April 1.
4. 10- or 12-Payment Plan – Monthly tuition due August 2025 – May 2026 or August 2025 – July 2026
Discounts
- Faith Church member: 20%
- Sibling Discount: $300 off for every sibling after the oldest, if at least one sibling is a K-8 student enrolled at Faith.
Tuition includes
- Safety and security
- Curriculum and textbooks
- Afternoon snack for full-time ECE students
- One yearbook per student
- One Spirit shirt per student and one Field Day shirt for K-5th grade students
Your financial obligation to the school is for the full annual tuition. The school cannot refund tuition or cancel unpaid obligations if your child withdraws during the academic year. In the event your son or daughter withdraws, our Tuition Refund Plan will pay 60% of the remaining tuition to the school. You will be responsible for the remaining 40% for the rest of the school year. The Tuition Refund Plan takes effect 30 days after written notification of the withdrawal is received in our office.

- ECE Registration Fee $350 Due with enrollment packet (paid online)
- K-5th Registration Fee $500 Due with enrollment packet (paid online)
Registration Fee includes
- Administration fees
- School liability insurance covers the student and the school
- Office/classroom supplies for teachers and staff
- Parent Teacher League (PTL) dues
- Parent Portal / FACTS access
This fee is separate from tuition and is due within fifteen days of acceptance in order to secure enrollment.
Additional Costs
- Supplies: school supply lists are provided before each school year
- School Lunch: Available daily (except during breaks). Freshly prepared in-house and will be billed to the family’s account.
- PTL sponsored events
- Uniforms: options to purchase new and gently used uniforms are available (for K-5th)
- Field Trips
- Kids Club (see below)
Hours of Operation
School officially starts at 8:15 a.m. You may bring your child into the classroom as early as 8:00 a.m. without being charged. While we know there are exceptions, please make every effort to have your child at school no later than 8:30 a.m. each day. Students arriving after 8:30 a.m. may miss out on important instruction and are a disruption to other students in the class.
Class times are as follows:
- ECE (Part-time) – 8:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- ECE (Full-time) – 8:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Kids Club
Before- and after-school care, through our Kids Club program, is available from 6:45 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. A late pick-up fee of $1.50 per minute per student will be assessed, beginning at 6:01 p.m. If you think you might be late, please try to contact one of your emergency pick-up people for assistance.
Kids Club may also be available during early release days, breaks and/or holidays, for an additional charge.

School dismisses at 3:30; you have a 15-minute grace period to pick up. Charges will start promptly at 3:46. These charges will be billed to your account on a weekly basis. |
